Mes pages de septembre pour 2 Crafty

'My Happy Place'

Hello 2Crafty fans! Catherine here with you today to share two new layouts.

For this layout, I first made a textured background with doilies that I tear

up and that I glued with Matte Medium Gel on my paper.

I put drops of pink, coral and purple inks on my collage. I added white

sand grit to add even more texture.

I embossed my chipboards 'Flourish 2' with purple embossing powder and my

title 'My Happy Place' with brown powder to add contrast.

'Cherish'

For this layout, I didn't make a background with doilies as usual. I made my background with a square stencil and modeling paste. Then, I applied blue and green inks with water to make a watercolor effect. I stamped my background with brown ink.

Then, I embossed my chipboards 'Interlocking Grid Panel' with gold and a

little bit of black powder.

I painted my title 'Cherish' with gold paint.
I added white sand grit and blue flakes to add texture.

Words and Paintery du mois de septembre

Bonjour! Voici la page que j'ai créée pour le défi du mois de septembre de Words and Paintery. Les couleurs m'ont donné du fil à retordre, j'ai passé des heures sur cette page, mais au final, je l'aime beaucoup! Les défis les plus difficiles sont souvent les plus satisfaisants, n'est-ce pas? Venez vous mettre au défi vous aussi!

Hi! Here's my september layout for Words and Paintery. I had a hard time with this color combo, but at the end, I love my layout. The hardest challenges are sometimes the most rewarding! Come play with us!

Voici un petit bout de temps que je n'avais pas mis mon blog à jour, milles excuses! Les vacances ont été bien occupées et le temps a passé si vite! Ensuite, ce fut le tourbillon de la rentrée... Je profite d'une journée de congé pour tenter de rattraper mon retard. Bien que le défi soit terminé, je vous présente la page que j'ai créée pour le défi du mois d'août de Words and Paintery. 'Today'

Hello 2 Crafty fans!

Catherine here with you today to share two new layouts and a VIDEO TUTORIAL.

For this layout, I first made a textured background with doilies and stamps. I added heavy gesso

on my collage to add even more texture. Then, I put drops of blue, gray and green inks on my

doilies and I stamped with black Archival ink to add contrast.

I glued some Prima Art Stones to add texture again!

I embossed the 'Lattice Leaves' with black powder to add more contrast.

I left my other chipboards ('today' title and the 'Leafy Shrub Set 4') natural.

- Today - Loopy Font

'Cherish'

Again, for this layout, I first made a textured background with modeling paste, doilies

and stamps. I put drops of coral and peachy inks on my doilies and I stamped with

brown Archival ink to add contrast.

I embossed the 'Elsa Frame' with white embossing powder to make it stand out.

I love this chipboard!

I glued Prima Art Stones and Coral Prills with Matte Medium Gel to add texture.

I embossed my title 'cherish' and the 'Corner Thick Vine' with brown embossing powder.

I cut the 'Corner Thick Vine' in three pieces to place them under my flowers and around my picture.

July Kraft+ Challenges

Bonjour! Ce mois-ci j'ai la chance d'être DT invitée pour un défi de Kraft + Challenges. J'adore le moodboard dont je devais m'inspirer! Voici le tableau d'inspiration:

Here's my layout:

J'ai créé un fond très texturé à partir de pâte texturante et de napperons en papier. Par la suite, j'ai appliqué des encres roses, turquoises et blanches. J'ai ajouté des Art Stones de Prima pour ajouter encore plus de texture.

I did a very textured background with modeling paste and doilies. On top of it, I add pink, aqua and white inks. I add Prima art stones that I glued with Medium Gel.

J'ai embossé mes chipboards de 2 Crafty Chipboard en rose et en turquoise.

I embossed my 2 Crafty Chipboard in pink and aqua.

For this layout, I first did a textured background with modeling paste and stamps. I used Archival ink 'Potting Soil' to match my paper. I added a little bit of brown ink drops that I diluted with water.
